Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment


  • Booking: To secure a course date, a $200 deposit and your driver's licence number are required.
  • Full Payment: Please ensure your full payment is completed at least 7 days before your training day. If we haven't received your payment by then, we may need to reschedule your training to a different day so we can offer your original spot to someone on our waiting list.


Cancellation Policy


  • 7+ Days Notice: You will receive a full refund, minus a $50 admin fee.
  • Less Than 7 Days Notice: The course fee will be refunded minus a $200 deposit, test booking fee, and a $50 admin fee. However, if we are able to fill your spot with another student, a refund will be issued minus the $50 admin fee.
  • Less Than 2 Days Notice: The course fee will be forfeited unless we can fill your spot with another student. In this case you will be refunded the course fee minus a $200 deposit, test booking fee, and a $50 admin fee.


Course Conduct


  • Student Behaviour: Students are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanour. Any instances of drug or alcohol use, aggressive behaviour or discrimination towards others will result in immediate course termination with no refund.
  • Truck Breakdown: Mission Truck Training guarantees that unforeseen truck breakdowns will not impact student progress. We will do our upmost to reschedule the course at the earliest convenience or provide a refund for any unused training time.

Medical Condition


  • Is your medical condition on your licence? If you have a medical condition that hasn't been reported to the Department of Transport. Training and Testing cannot legally proceed if your licence is not up to date; in these cases, the training and test will be cancelled without refund.
