Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payment
- Booking: To secure a course date, a $200 deposit and your driver's licence number are required.
- Full Payment: To secure your spot in the course, full payment is required no later than 7 days before the scheduled training day.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Fees: All cancellations will incur a $50 administration fee.
- 7+ Days Notice: For cancellations made 7 days or more before the course, a full refund (less the admin fee) will be issued.
- Less Than 7 Days Notice: For cancellations made with less than 7 days notice, the course fee is non-refundable unless the slot is filled by another student. If the slot is filled, a $100 admin fee will apply.
Course Conduct
- Student Behaviour: Students are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanour. Any instances of drug or alcohol use, aggressive behaviour or discrimination towards others will result in immediate course termination with no refund.
- Truck Breakdown: Mission Truck Training guarantees that unforeseen truck breakdowns will not impact student progress. We will do our upmost to reschedule the course at the earliest convenience or provide a refund for any unused training time.
